Security & Compliance Guidelines

Protecting our systems, data, and collaborators is a shared responsibility at NFT Las Vegas™. Security is not treated as an afterthought here—it’s a foundational part of how we build trust, maintain professionalism, and protect the work we do together.

Because we operate across multiple platforms, tools, and collaborators, clear security and compliance practices help ensure that access is granted responsibly, sensitive information is handled with care, and systems remain reliable over time. These guidelines exist to support consistency, transparency, and confidence—not to create friction or unnecessary restrictions.

This section provides an overview of our security expectations, access standards, and best practices for working within our platforms. The focus is on practical habits that can be applied daily, rather than complex technical requirements. When everyone follows the same baseline practices, collaboration becomes smoother and risks are reduced before they turn into problems.

Security at NFT Las Vegas™ is built on awareness and accountability. We trust our team members to act responsibly, communicate early if something feels unclear, and treat access to systems and information with respect. Mistakes can happen, and when they do, our priority is resolution and improvement—not blame.

Please watch this introductory video in full before moving forward. The video walks through our security approach, introduces the SAFE framework, and explains how these guidelines apply in real working situations. Once you’ve finished watching, you’ll be asked to complete the required security acknowledgment form to confirm your understanding and alignment.

Security Practice Method: SAFE

At NFT Las Vegas™, we follow a simple but effective security framework designed to protect our systems, our collaborators, and the work we do together.

We refer to this approach as SAFE — a set of practical habits that support secure, professional, and responsible access across all platforms.

Secure Your Access

Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on all assigned platforms. Always access systems using your assigned company email and approved login methods.

Align Your Accounts

Ensure your profiles, time zone, availability, and account details are accurate and consistent across platforms to support clear identification, proper access, and smooth collaboration.

Follow Smart Work Practices

Use trusted networks, avoid shared or public devices, and stay alert to suspicious activity. If something feels off, report it early so it can be addressed responsibly.

Engage Responsibly

Treat access to systems, data, and communication channels with care. Be thoughtful about where and how information is shared, and follow established guidelines when working across tools and teams.

S.A.F.E ✔️

Why does NFT Las Vegas™ take security so seriously?

We work across multiple platforms, clients, and systems, often with sensitive data and credentials. Clear security standards help protect our team members, our clients, and the integrity of the work we do together.

Am I being monitored or tracked on my personal device?

No. NFT Las Vegas™ does not use device monitoring, surveillance software, or invasive tracking. Our security approach focuses on access control, best practices, and professional responsibility, not device-level oversight.

Why is two-factor authentication (2FA) required?

2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if a password is compromised. It’s one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect accounts and shared systems.

Can I use public Wi-Fi or shared devices for work?

We recommend avoiding public Wi-Fi and shared devices whenever possible. If public access is unavoidable, using a personal hotspot and ensuring secure login practices helps reduce risk.

What happens if I make a mistake or miss a security step?

Mistakes happen. Our goal is awareness and improvement—not punishment. If something is missed or unclear, communicate early so it can be resolved quickly and responsibly.

Will these security standards change over time?

Yes. As tools, platforms, and best practices evolve, our security standards may be updated. Any changes will be communicated clearly and incorporated into onboarding or quarterly reviews.

These guidelines are designed to support a secure, professional, and respectful working environment for everyone involved.
