• Established the NFT Las Vegas™ Team Portal as our central workspace for onboarding, accountability, and internal operations
• Implemented structured access to onboarding materials, internal resources, and compliance workflows
• Aligned internal tools to support long-term scalability and team clarity

📘 Onboarding & Internal Documentation

• Built and refined the Contractor Handbook, outlining expectations, policies, and collaboration standards
• Finalized Security & Compliance Guidelines, including best practices for account protection and data safety
• Created clear documentation to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all team members

🛠️ Operations & Workflow Design

• Designed the Daily Accomplishments system to improve visibility, accountability, and progress tracking
• Established the Quarterly Interface Security Check to support proactive security and compliance
• Organized internal workflows to reduce friction and improve cross-team alignment

🌱 Culture & Direction

• Reinforced a culture centered on clarity, responsibility, and thoughtful execution
• Set expectations around communication, documentation, and professional standards
• Focused on building systems that support both the team today and the company’s future growth
